Wake up to soft, bouncy curls without touching a curling iron.
Wrap damp or dry hair around the soft rod at night, sleep on it and unwind bouncy curls in the morning. No heat, no plug, no hour at the mirror. It comes with two scrunchies to hold the ends in place, and the smooth cover is comfortable enough to sleep in.
- Mornings back. Skip the curling iron and walk out the door with curls already done.
- Soft, natural bounce. Big, loose curls that look effortless, not stiff or crunchy.
- Curls on holiday. Nothing to plug in or heat up: roll it into your bag and curl anywhere.
Do your hair tonight. Wake up styled.
Drape the rod over the top of your head, wrap each side around it in sections and tie the ends with the scrunchies. Sleep as usual. In the morning, slide it out and shake out soft curls that took no time on the clock.
Curls without the curling iron
There's nothing to plug in and nothing hot near your hair or hands. The curl comes from wrapping and time, the same way rag curls have worked for generations, just quicker to set up and comfier to sleep on.
Tight bounce or loose waves
Smaller sections wrapped tightly give bouncier curls. Bigger sections wrapped loosely give soft waves. Slightly damp hair usually holds the shape best; very wet hair may not dry overnight.
How it works
- Drape it on. Place the middle of the rod on top of your head, ends hanging by your ears.
- Wrap and tie. Twist each side around the rod in sections and tie the ends with a scrunchie.
- Sleep, then unwind. Leave it in overnight, slide it out and loosen the curls with your fingers.

Questions
Will it work on my hair?
It works best on hair from about shoulder length down, straight or wavy. Shorter hair can be hard to wrap around the rod more than once. Thick hair curls best in smaller sections.
Can I really sleep in it?
Yes, that's what it's made for. The rod is soft and flexible with no hard parts or clips. Back or side sleeping with the ends tied neatly is comfiest.
Should my hair be wet or dry?
Slightly damp hair usually gives the strongest curl. Dry hair works too, for softer waves. Very wet hair may still be damp in the morning.
How long do I leave it in?
Overnight is easiest. A few hours on dry or slightly damp hair also works for looser waves.
What's in the box?
One curling rod and two matching scrunchies to hold the ends in place.
